Do I just copy across the maps folder or do I also need to copy across the.md5 file.

Just unzip the 13Gb file and copy that structure so the map folder is at the route directory of the SD card.

Was quite a tense experience as had to delete the entire contents of the NAV SD card to get the unzipped downloaded contents on as the NAV SD card doesnt have enough capacity to allow the overwrite.

Backed up the original cards data, then deleted the data off the card copied the new downloaded data onto the NAV SD card.

Did take the NAV a lot longer than normal to boot up, but all appears fine, although not driven anywhere yet.

Had to re-apply the POIs (re-tick the boxes), but fortunately the Speed Camera POI files must be on the head unit so once selected they were all there.

Installed it but still missing the bridge that opened in August.

Basically you are just stuck with whatever map SD card that came with your car and it is locked to your radio.

There are no online downloads or physically purchasable SD card map updates for the MIB II Discover Media radios here in U.S.

It often shows 20mph on housing estates where there is no such limit.

Today, it suddenly turned to 20mph driving along a 30mph road.

There wasnt even one of those school signs that says 20mph when lights flash.

Then later it stayed on 40mph despite entering a 30mph zone with visible speed limit signs.

I backed up the previous SD card database so will reinstall that if I cannot find out.

I tried the OBD eleven sign recognition upate but my Mk7.5 doesnt have the multi function camera apparently.
